The company has informed that Mr. Imam Shahed Hossain, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has completed his sale of 100,174 shares whereas Mr. Salim Rahman, another Sponsor of the company, has completed his buying of 100,174 shares at prevailing market price through Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. as per declaration disseminated on 12.07.2026.
