Southeast Bank PLC. has informed that a meeting of the Trustee of Southeast Bank 1st Perpetual Bond will be held on August 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM to determine the "Record Date" for entitlement of the 5th semi-annual coupon payment (Public Portion) of the said Bond. The coupon payment period is from March 11, 2026 to September 10, 2026, and the coupon payment will fall due on September 11, 2026.
