Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the shareholders in the 16th AGM approved a 0.50% cash dividend for the general shareholders, excluding the Sponsor Shareholders of the Company, in place of the 1% cash dividend recommended by the Board of Directors.
লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৮.১০.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের প্রসঙ্গে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, ১৬তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভায় শেয়ারহোল্ডাররা পরিচালনা পর্ষদের সুপারিশকৃত ১% নগদ লভ্যাংশের পরিবর্তে কোম্পানির স্পনসর শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণ ব্যতীত সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের জন্য ০.৫০% নগদ লভ্যাংশ অনুমোদন করেছেন।
