Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 01.06.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided unanimously to postpone the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on September 15, 2025 due to unavoidable circumstances.
