Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.05.2025, the company has further informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) vide its letter number BSEC/SMMI/DSE/132/2023/19/413 dated 09 July 2025 has declined the proposed 3.50% Cash Dividend (i.e. BDT 0.35 per share of BDT 10.00) for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
