The Company did not submit the Dividend Distribution Compliance Report as per Regulation 27 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing of Small Capital Companies) Regulations, 2019 in connection with disbursement of the declared dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024. However, Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has issued a query letter to the company in this regard.
