Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.11.2025, the company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the 50% Stock Dividend (i.e., 50 Bonus share for every 100 ordinary shares) out of retained earnings. Record date for entitlement of Stock Dividend will be declared later.
