The company has informed that a Receiver has been appointed in the company pursuant to an order passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Court, Dhaka. The Receiver has been appointed for the purpose of ensuring proper control, management, supervision, and protection of the Company's property and assets. The appointed Receiver has already assumed charge and is performing duties in accordance with the directions and conditions set forth in the said Court Order.
কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, ঢাকার মাননীয় মেট্রোপলিটন সিনিয়র স্পেশাল জজ আদালতের একটি আদেশ অনুসারে কোম্পানিতে একজন রিসিভার নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে। কোম্পানির সম্পত্তি ও সম্পদের যথাযথ নিয়ন্ত্রণ, ব্যবস্থাপনা, তত্ত্বাবধান এবং সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে এই রিসিভার নিয়োগ করা হয়েছে। নিযুক্ত রিসিভার ইতোমধ্যে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেছেন এবং উক্ত আদালতের আদেশে নির্ধারিত নির্দেশনা ও শর্তাবলী অনুসারে কর্তব্য পালন করছেন।

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on January 31, 2026 as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025 has been postponed. New date, time and venue of the meeting will be notified later.
