The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 105% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 10.50 per share amounting to Tk. 143,640,000 in addition to the interim dividend of 143% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 14.30 per share amounting to Tk. 195,624,000 declared and paid in December 2025 thus making a total dividend of 248% of paid-up capital which is Tk. 24.80 per share amounting to Tk. 339,264,000 for the year ended 31 December 2025.
