Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 and 20.11.2025, the company has further informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has accorded consent vide its letter dated 06 January 2026 for the issuance of 5% Stock Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025. The company has fixed the Record Date on 13 January 2026 for entitlement of the aforesaid Bonus Shares.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has informed that, as per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, the Stock Dividend/bonus shares shall be declared from the Retained Earnings (Revised) replacing the previous recommendation from the Share Premium.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that it has not obtained approval from BSEC yet for issuance of 5% Stock Dividend. The record date which was fixed on 23 November 2025 is applicable for entitlement of Cash Dividend only. The company also informed that it will declare another record date for entitlement of stock dividend after obtaining consent from BSEC.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 0.35 for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 0.28 for July-September 2024; NOCFPS was Tk. 0.62 for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 0.20 for July-September 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 15.93 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 15.58 as on June 30, 2025. The increase in NOCFPS was primarily due to the increased collection of receivables and reduced payments to suppliers and others.
