Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 48th Annual General Meeting (for FY 2024-25) will be held on 22 December 2025 or as per convenience of the Chairman instead of 10 December 2025 at 11:00 AM. The venue will be declared in the AGM notice.

(Cont. news of BSC): However, Net Profit (Profit after Tax) for the 1st quarter of financial year 2025-26 decreased compared to the previous year due to increase in Tax Payment for the Corporation. In this context, BSC's net earnings per share decreased compared to the previous year. Moreover, Net Operating Cash Flow Per Share (NOCFPS) decreased due to more supplier payment during that time. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on August 06, 2025 has approved the tender evaluation committee's report regarding acquisition of two new ships from China using BSC's own fund (about USD 78.00 million). The proposal for the acquisition will be placed before Advisory Committee on Government Procurement for final approval.

(Continuation News of BSC): BSC's revenue for the current year's first nine months increased compared to the previous year due to the increase in fares in the international shipping sector and capital gains from the sale of MT Banglar Jyoti and MT Banglar Sourav. In this context, BSC's net earnings per share increased compared to the previous year.
