Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2025 also unaudited financials up to September 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. 2.60 for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 2.26 for July-September 2024; NOCFPS was Tk. 3.57 for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 5.13 for July-September 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 93.74 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 90.52 as on June 30, 2025. NOCFPS decreased compared to the same period of the previous year. This decline was primarily attributable to higher payments to suppliers and an increase in credit sales during the period.
(Q1 অ-নিরীক্ষিত): জুলাই-সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫-এর জন্য EPS ছিল ২.৬০ টাকা, জুলাই-সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৪-এর জন্য যা ছিল ২.২৬ টাকা; জুলাই-সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫-এর জন্য NOCFPS ছিল ৩.৫৭ টাকা, জুলাই-সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৪-এর জন্য যা ছিল ৫.১৩ টাকা। ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫-এ প্রতি শেয়ারের NAV ছিল ৯৩.৭৪ টাকা এবং ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫-এ ৯০.৫২ টাকা। আগের বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় NOCFPS হ্রাস পেয়েছে। এই হ্রাস মূলত সরবরাহকারীদের উচ্চতর অর্থ প্রদান এবং এই সময়ের মধ্যে ক্রেডিট বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির কারণে ঘটেছে।
