Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that sponsor shareholding as on date 54.14% number of share is 10,29,34,705 shares out of 19,01,63,216. As per BOD recommendation, 2% cash dividend for General Share Holders (which is in number 8,72,28,511) is Tk. 1,74,45,702.00.
