The Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) currently applies a tick size of BDT 0.10 for equity securities when determining single price deviations in the secondary market. After applying the parameters, the share price of Familytex (BD) Limited became unrounded due to the closing price calculation. In such cases, DSE shall round the share price to establish a reference price, ensuring the smooth movement of security prices.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) introduced a revised tick size of BDT 0.01 for securities trading below BDT 1, effective from October 29, 2025. The market price of Familytex (BD) Limited has fallen to BDT 0.90, so a revised tick size of BDT 0.01 has been applied for the company, effective from today i.e., November 12, 2025.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) ১ টাকার নিচে লেনদেনের জন্য ০.০১ টাকার সংশোধিত টিক সাইজ চালু করেছে, যা ২৯ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ থেকে কার্যকর হবে। ফ্যামিলিটেক্স (বিডি) লিমিটেডের বাজার মূল্য ০.৯০ টাকায় নেমে এসেছে, তাই কোম্পানির জন্য ০.০১ টাকার সংশোধিত টিক সাইজ প্রয়োগ করা হয়েছে, যা আজ থেকে অর্থাৎ ১২ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে কার্যকর হবে।

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ লিমিটেড (ডিএসই) এর একটি দল যথাক্রমে 27 সেপ্টেম্বর, 2023 এবং 09 অক্টোবর, 2023 তারিখে কোম্পানির কারখানা প্রাঙ্গণ এবং প্রধান কার্যালয় পরিদর্শন করে তাদের বর্তমান কার্যক্ষম অবস্থা পরিদর্শন করে এবং কারখানা বন্ধ দেখতে পায়। পাশাপাশি, পরিদর্শন দলটি হাউস 127 (তৃতীয় তলা), রোড 10, ব্লক সি, নিকেটন, গুলশান- 1, ঢাকা (কোম্পানি দ্বারা সরবরাহিত) এ অবস্থিত প্রধান কার্যালয় পরিদর্শন করলে দেখা যায় যে প্রধান কার্যালয়টি ওলিলা গ্লাস ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড নামে আরেকটি কোম্পানি ব্যবহার করছে।

A team of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) visited the factory premises & head office of the company on September 27, 2023 & October 09, 2023 respectively to inspect their current operational status and found the factory closed. As well as, when the inspection team visited the head office located at House 127 (3rd Floor), Road 10, Block C, Niketon, Gulshan- 1, Dhaka (as provided by the company), it was found that the head office is being used by another company named Olila Glass Industries Ltd.
