National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Developing outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2024.

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Global Insurance PLC' instead of 'Global Insurance Limited' with effect from August 26, 2025. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
