As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2025.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা ২৪ জানুয়ারী, ২০২৬ তারিখে দুপুর ১২:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় প্রান্তিকের (Q2) অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
