Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the physical venue of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be at Hall Patio, Gulshan Club Limited, House NWJ-2/A, Bir Uttom Sultan Mahmud Road (Old Road 50), Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
