Refer to their earlier news disseminated today i.e., 29.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Management set the record date on November 16, 2025 instead of earlier declared November 15, 2025. All other dates of the event of AGM will be unchanged.

(Q1 Un-audited): EPS was Tk. (0.77) for July-September 2025 as against Tk. (0.81) for July-September 2024. NOCFPS was Tk. (0.47) for July-September 2025 as against Tk. 0.31 for July-September 2024. NAV per share was Tk. 10.55 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 13.44 as on September 30, 2024.
