Amid in the revenue shortfall, fixed operating expenses and high finance cost incurred as usual. Thus EPS decreased significantly compared to the previous period. During this period payment to suppliers and others decreased compared to the previous period. Thus NOCFPS increased compared to the previous period. (end)

As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 12, 2025 at 5:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 26.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has recommended the 5% cash dividend (excluding the Sponsors) from the Company's retained earnings. The declared cash dividend has not been recommended from the capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain of the company or through reducing the paid-up capital

The company has also informed that the Sponsors hold 11,657,577 shares. The General Shareholders & Director (ICB) will get cash dividend of Tk. 30,663,046.
