Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A1" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements (June 30, 2025, June 30, 2024, June 30, 2023) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has accorded consent for issuing of 10% bonus share (Stock Dividend) of the company for the year ended 30 June, 2025. Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 27.10.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to reschedule the date of the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) from December 18, 2025 to December 24, 2025. Time and venue of the 44th Annual General Meeting will remain unchanged.
