The company has informed that as per BSEC's consent letter dated October 06, 2025, regarding the appointment of the Independent Directors of the company, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Abu Taher Chowdhury and Mrs. Zakia Sultana as Independent Directors of the company, subject to the approval by the shareholders in the upcoming AGM.
