Limited, a wholly owned dormant subsidiary of Summit Alliance Port Limited with an investment value of SGD 1, had applied for strike-off with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore, as part of the administrative rationalization of the Group structure.
