Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Shinepukur Ceramics PLC.' instead of 'Shinepukur Ceramics Limited' with effect from November 12, 2025. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির প্রস্তাবিত নাম পরিবর্তন অনুমোদন করেছে। সেই অনুযায়ী, ১২ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে কোম্পানির নাম 'শাইনপুকুর সিরামিকস লিমিটেড' এর পরিবর্তে 'শাইনপুকুর সিরামিকস পিএলসি' হবে। অন্যান্য তথ্য (নাম ছাড়া) অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed Surveillance rating of the Company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, unaudited financial statements of 1st quarter of FY2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
