Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 20.10.2025, the Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on October 28, 2025 at 06:00 PM as per LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2025, has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

(Cont. news of SSSTEEL): NOCFPS (Consolidated) for the 9-month period ended 31 March 2025 improved significantly from BDT (5.41) in the corresponding period of the previous year to BDT 4.06 in the current year. This improvement is attributable to better working capital management, enhanced collection from receivables and no major capital expenditure during the period, which also supported cash retention. (Q3 Un-audited): Reasons for deviation: EPS (Consolidated) for the third quarter of FY 2024-25 has declined from BDT 0.09 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year to BDT (0.11) in the current quarter. The decrease in EPS is due to losses incurred during the quarter, driven by reduced revenue, higher finance costs, and adverse macroeconomic and industry-specific factors, including political instability and utility supply disruptions.
