(Cont. news of UNILEVERCL): This is primarily due to the fact that majority of the Usance Payable at Sight (UPAS) LC settlements was paid off in the previous year that had a significant adverse impact in the cash flow from operations of the earlier year. Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned surveillance rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
