As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, Rectified audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৯(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা ২৩ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৩ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য কোম্পানির সংশোধিত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি বিবেচনা করা হবে।
