Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Union Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Union Insurance Company Limited' with effect from April 27, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
