As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 20, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.
ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদের একটি সভা ২০ নভেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:৩০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে, যেখানে অন্যান্য বিষয়ের মধ্যে ৩০ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদনগুলি বিবেচনা করা হবে।

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of United Ashuganj Energy Ltd. (UAEL), which is a 92.407% owned subsidiary of United Power Generation & Distribution Company Ltd. (UPGDCL) has declared Cash Dividend @15% or Tk. 1.50 per share, based on the audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2025.
