The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved that Director Mrs. Effat Rashid will additionally act as Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

The company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved Lay-off time Extension of Factory production for 6 (six) months from 13-08-2026 to 12-02-2027 due to Gas & Electricity line disconnection of the Factory for non-payment of bills for fund crisis of the Company. Factory of the Company will be Re-open & Re-start Production from 13-02-2027. The Management also informed that they are trying to collect necessary fund from respective bank & other sources. কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির তহবিল সংকটের কারণে বিল পরিশোধ না হওয়ায় কারখানার গ্যাস ও বিদ্যুৎ লাইন বিচ্ছিন্ন করা হয়েছে এবং এর ফলে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ১৩-০৮-২০২৬ থেকে ১২-০২-২০২৭ পর্যন্ত কারখানার উৎপাদন বন্ধের সময়সীমা ৬ (ছয়) মাস বাড়ানোর অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। কোম্পানির কারখানাটি ১৩-০২-২০২৭ তারিখ থেকে পুনরায় চালু হবে এবং উৎপাদন আবার শুরু করবে। কর্তৃপক্ষ আরও জানিয়েছে যে, তারা সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যাংক ও অন্যান্য উৎস থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় তহবিল সংগ্রহের চেষ্টা করছে। (চলবে)
