Mr. Anwar-Ul Alam Chowdhury and Ms. Shabnam Shehnaz Chowdhury, both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, have further reported that they have completed their sale of 10,78,000 shares and 9,00,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.
