Nafees Khundker, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 94,95,202 shares out of his total holding of 2,57,14,890 shares of the Company to his wife Sohana Rouf Chowdhury, another Director of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2014.
