The Company has requested the concerned brokerage houses /merchant bank to provide the detailed data of the shareholders (shareholder's name, BO Number, e-TIN number, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivables) of their margin loan holders who hold shares of the Company as on Record Date, along the contact person in this connection. The brokerage houses and merchant bankers are also requested to submit their Bank Account name, number, routing number on or before 10.12.16.
