The Company has requested the concerned Brokerage Houses/DPs to provide the statement with details of their margin loan holders entitled to receive the Dividend on or before July 20, 2017 by email to jafar@bergerbd.com or through letter addressed to the registered office of the Company. The statement should include shareholder's name, BO ID number, client-wise shareholding position, gross dividend receivable, applicable tax rate and net dividend receivable, bank account, routing number, contact person etc.
