The Company has further informed that a total 3,41,251 shares of Late Abu Zafar Humayun, a Sponsor shareholder of Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited, has been transmitted to his successors (wife, son and daughter) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court: (1) 42,656 shares to Rina Humayun, (2) 1,99,063 shares to Sohil Humayun (Public Director) and (3) 99,532 shares to Prema Humayun.
