The Company has further informed that with the issuance of 46,094,633 fresh ordinary shares of the bank to IFC, the City Bank Limited's issued Paid up capital has increased to Tk. 9,218,926,640.00 from Tk. 8,757,980,310.00 and share premium amount has increased to Tk. 1,504,388,796.90 from Tk. 660,857,013.00.
