The Company has informed that Mr. Md. Musa Meah, the Sponsor of the Company, has completed transfer of his entire holdings of 13,83,505 shares of the Company to his son, Mr. Imtiaz Bin Musa (3,33,505 shares) , a Public Shareholder Director and to his wife Mrs. Bulbul Joynab Akter (10,50,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as announced earlier.
