Mr. Mohammed Almas Shimul, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has reported his intention to transfer total 40,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 72,76,500 shares of the Company to his son Mr. Saiham Sadik Pial (20,00,000 shares) and his daughter Ms. Sobha Soha (20,00,000 shares) (both are General Shareholders of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
