The Company has informed that 61, 30,323 shares of Late Mr. Delwar Hossain Chowdhury, a Director of the Company, will be transmitted among his successors (in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable High Court: (1) 7,66,290 shares to Mrs. Ferdousi Akter (wife), (2) 21,45,613 shares to Mr. Md. Sabbir Ahamed (son), (3) 21,45,613 shares to Mr. Md. Emran Hossain (son, another Director) and (4) 10,72,807 shares to Mrs. Shahana Khan (Daughter; another Sponsor).
