The Company has informed that they have signed a memorandum of understanding regarding allotment of Plot at Bangabandhu Hitech Park in Kaliakoir, Gajipur. As per MOU, the company will get 96 Acre land for 40 years. The company will invest USD 30 million periodically for assembling and manufacturing of Laptop, IT and Electronic accessories.

NOCFPS was Tk. 1.97 for July 2020-March 2021 as against Tk. 0.67 for July 2019-March 2020. NAV per share was Tk. 13.45 as on March 31, 2021 and Tk. 13.75 as on June 30, 2020.
