Indrani Sen, Shishir Kumar Basak and Sharbani Basak, all are Sponsors of the Company, have expressed their intention to sell 42,500 shares (Bonus shares), 32,500 shares (Bonus shares) and 25,000 shares (Bonus shares), out of their total holding of 8,92,000 shares, 6,82,500 shares and 5,25,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
