Tajul Islam, all are Sponsors of the Company, have expressed their intention to sell 50,000 shares, 5,000 shares and 15,000 shares out of their total holding of 2,23,734 shares, 55,000 shares and 1,65,000 shares respectively of the Company at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange within October 29, 2015.
