Mr. Rubaiyat Khaled, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to receive total 7,92,625 shares of the Company from his father Mr. M.A. Khaleque ( 5,92,625 shares) and his brother Mr. Shahriar Khaled (2,00,000 shares), both are Sponsors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2013.
