Tajul Islam and Mr. Sajjadul Islam Tanvir, both are Sponsors of the Company, have expressed their intention to sell 57,000 shares and 64,000 shares out of their total holdings of 2,82,720 shares and 1,26,875 shares respectively at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through Stock Exchange within October 31, 2013.
