Mrs. Farzana Parveen, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 32,17,000 shares out of her holdings of 4,84,76,638 shares of the company to her Daughter Ms. Maimuna Khanam, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by CSE.
