Note 45(a)- BTRC AUDIT: During 2011, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) carried out an Information system audit of Grameenphone through BTRC's appointed auditor and issued a demand notice to Grameenphone on 03 October, 2011 claiming an amount of BDT 30,341,108,581 as outstanding dues on various categories.
