(Continuation news of GREENDELT): Reason for significant deviation in EPS and NOCFPS: Consolidated EPS has increased due to decrease in agency cost by 34%, decrease in claim expense by 31% and decrease in management expense by 18%. Consolidated NOCFPS has increased due to decrease in agency cost, decrease in claim payment and decrease in management expense. (end)

(Continuation news of GREENDELT): The Company has also informed that they recommended 7.5% stock dividend this year due to following reasons: Bonus share utilizing the share premium balance in terms of Section 57(2) of the Companies Act 1994. Bonus share has not been declared from the revaluation or any unrealized gain or through reducing paid up capital so that the post dividend retained earnings will have negative impact. (cont. 2)

Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 5.23 for January-September, 2020 as against Tk. 1.28 for January-September, 2019. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 68.35 as on September 30, 2020 and Tk. 68.33 as on December 31, 2019.

Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 1.44 for January-June 2020 as against Tk. 1.52 for January-June 2019. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 70.43 as on June 30, 2020 and Tk. 68.33 as on December 31, 2019.

The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2019 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts and cash dividend for the year 2019 has already been credited to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN. Cash dividend warrants has been sent through courier services to the shareholders whose accounts were not credited due to inadequate information.

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the Long Term and "ST-1" in the Short Term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements as of December 31, 2019 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
