Khurshida Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed her intention to transfer 25,78,908 shares out of her total holding of 63,37,551 shares of the Company to her daughter Farzana Chowdhury, another Sponsor of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
