Md. Abdullah, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 7,00,000 shares out of his total holdings of 10,80,000 shares of the Company to his sons namely, Md. Golam Mostafa, Md. Golam Kibria, Md. Golam Haider, Md. Golam Morshed and Md. Golam Rasul Muktadir, (each of them will receive 1,40,000 shares), all are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2015.
