The Company has further informed that in its 21st Annual General Meeting held on today (December 09, 2021) has approved the repayment of partial short term loan of Tk. 35,49,32,100.00 from IPO proceeds. The reason for repaying the loan from IPO proceeds is that, the company applied for the Initial Public Offer (IPO) on October 27, 2016 and obtain consent from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission on January 20, 2021.
