All Eps Dividend Board Agm Q1 Q2 Q3

The Company has further informed that the Board of Directors of 5 subsidiary companies of Intraco Refueling Station Limited has declared interim cash dividend for the year 2018-19 respectively @ 70% of the paid up capital of Absar & Elias Enterprises Ltd., 25% of the paid up capital of East End Automobiles Ltd., 70% of the paid up capital of good CNG Refueling Station Ltd., 50% of the paid up capital of M Hye & Co. CNG Refueling Station Ltd., and 30% of the paid up capital of Nessa & Sons Ltd.

Continuation news of INTRACO): of 5 Subsidiary companies has decided that IRSL will take over all assets and liabilities of 5 subsidiaries companies through merger. As a result, it would be efficient for IRSL by reducing management cost and availing tax benefit i.e. 25% tax rate instead of 35% tax rate for all 5 subsidiaries companies. Moreover, it will also reduce double taxation in case of dividend declared by the subsidiaries companies. (cont. 2)

(Continuation news of INTRACO): as per Section 54 of the amended Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 and also requested to update the Bank accounts details, so that the Company can credit the cash dividend through BEFTN. The Company has also requested to update their e-mail addresses for sending soft copies of the annual reports and notice to the shareholders. (end)
